SEES Group is delighted to announce the addition of Dr. Katherine Jones, OD, to our SouthEast Eye Specialists clinic locations in Murfreesboro and Tullahoma, Tennessee. Dr. Jones is a consultative optometrist, and her primary clinical interest is Ocular Disease Optometry.
Dr. Jones graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, and achieved magna cum laude status while earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. After completing her education, Dr. Jones trained in ocular disease management during her residency at SouthEast Eye Specialists in Chattanooga, TN. Her residency experience allowed her to provide comprehensive and advanced care to patients with various ocular conditions.
Throughout her educational journey, Dr. Jones demonstrated outstanding dedication and was recognized for her accomplishments. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society and received accolades, including the Susan Grissom Memorial Endowed Award Clinical Skills Award, and the Elizabeth R. Bane Memorial Endowed Scholarship. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians.
When she is not in the office, Dr. Jones enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, Ethan, and their beloved dog, Finn.
